Never try to embed the keywords forcefully into the main article body. Again, keep the keywords in mind while writing an article and try to drop them in the right places naturally where they apply. This is how you will be able to get SEO friendly quality articles.

See, when I decided to write this post, I wanted to use these two main keywords or key phrases within the title and the main body: article writing and writing articles.
